Keith obviously fell in love with that 12-string on this album. This is the third track so far featuring that acoustic ("Good Times, Bad Times" and "Under the Boardwalk" are the others).

Mick and Keith were really struggling early in their career to come up with interesting compositions -- "Congratulations" is a slow ballad in swing time with a forgettable melody an generic lyrics.
